Its amazing to me, how much I have learned from spending nine months with the Crusher. He teaches so much more then just how to wrestle, he teaches you how to be a wrestler both inside the ring and out. I came to him with a dream and already he has made it so much more then I thought possible, I have already had opportunities all over Canada and the United States. 	Wayne "Crusher Kline" opened my eyes to wrestling. To me, I thought it was all about the in-ring product (the moves etc), heck what did I know? I was just a fan at the time. But I sat down and listened to Wayne talk (for 4 months before I even touched a ring) to the previous class before mine began, and I started to view wrestling as what it is....a business. Wayne opened my eyes to everything from proper etiquette, handling yourself professionally, promoting yourself, etc. In fact, out of the entire year and bit of me training with Wayne, it was the "behind the scenes" knowledge that I'll always remember! It was that knowledge that has helped me move up in the wrestling world. As far as the in-ring goes, where to begin? Not only does he show you the proper ways to do a move, he teaches you the logic behind the move so you can understand when to use it. 	I cannot begin to describe how utterly thankful I am for the training I received from Wayne Cryderman. This man took someone who was down on the wrestling business, and was unsure of where he could go, and completely restored his faith. And of course that someone was me. Wayne not only showed me the proper techniques to be able to work/wrestle with many people of different styles, but also the etiquette and decorum that go along with being a professional wrestler. I honestly feel I learnt more just hearing Wayne speak and explain the wrestling business, than I did with any previous trainer I had. 	Where to start when it comes to discussing what Wayne has brought to me. Being a female in this business is hard...it's even harder when you do not know how to take care of yourself . Wayne has taught me that there are no gender between the ropes; male or female, your are to be treated as a wrestler!!!! 	I was trained by talented wrestler(s) for my chance to be a professional wrestler to obtain my dreams, and I will always be eternally grateful for the wealth of knowledge and intellect given by Wayne Cryderman, known as Crusher Kline. He has passed to me so many different skills even beyond actual in-ring wrestling..., such as how to conduct yourself outside of the ring, how to acquire bookings even not being on the particular card you are attending. and showing respect to promotors and fellow stars. He has gone beyond and above the call of duty to sit with his students and fellow wrestlers and critique and pick apart their matches to fine tune their mental and physical game, and I have seen vast improvements from after a talk from Wayne. You hear so many different stories about young wrestlers not learning the right way. Wayne Cryderman (Crusher Kline) has taught me more than I thought I could even learn. Since training with Wayne I have the opportunity to travel all over North America, wrestling for more than twenty different organizations. I’ve wrestled in over six provinces and many states. The teachings Wayne can give you will set in you in the right directions to get what you want out of your wrestling career. Many of his students have worked for the WWE on more than one occasion. I have been working many many shows and it’s all thanks to Wayne. He teaches the ins and outs of the pro wrestling business, how to protect yourself in the ring, how to act around your peers properly, how to wrestle, how to tell a story in your matches and how to get more work.
